What was our client's requirement?

Our client, a financial servicing company, was running marketing campaigns to generate leads for their financial products. However, they encountered difficulties in tracking campaign engagement and ensuring seamless synchronization of leads between HubSpot and Salesforce. The lack of proper automation resulted in inconsistent data, affecting follow-ups and campaign performance analysis. They engaged Breakthrough to automate their workflows and improve lead tracking efficiency. 

What was the Solution?

To effectively manage and synchronize the campaign statistics, we needed to first identify the HubSpot campaigns that were in place. Once we had a clear understanding of their structure and performance, we proceeded to establish related HubSpot list, pinpointed contacts that engaged with the HubSpot campaigns, ensuring we accurately tracked their interactions. With this information, we then created and configured a custom HubSpot workflow designed to automate lead capture, nurturing, and synchronization with Salesforce.
