To sign up, simply click on the “Subscribe” button on our website, choose your preferred plan, and complete the registration process by providing the necessary details and payment information.

Our membership subscription includes comprehensive social media management services such as content creation, scheduling posts, engagement with followers, analytics reporting, and strategy development to grow your social media presence.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards payment systems.

You can chnage your membership when you cancel your current plan. To upgrade, first cancel your existing plan by logging into your account and navigating to your current plan. After cancellation, you can immediately subscribe for a new plan that better suits your needs.

 If you cancel your plan in the middle of the month, you will receive a percentage of your payment refunded based on the remaining days of your subscription. If you cancel after the middle of the month, no refunds will be issued

The refund percentage is calculated based on the number of days remaining in the month after your cancellation. For example, if you cancel halfway through the month, you will receive a refund for half of the subscription cost for that month.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
