What was our client's requirement?

Our client is a financial servicing company. The company had an ongoing marketing campaign for the services they are rendering. They came to Breakthrough  to assist with some error associated to Salesforce integration. Error such as Custom Code error, Picklist Error, Permission error etc. What was already there was not synchronizing and its failing to update.

What was the Solution?

Our first approach was to identify the error associated to the integration. The next step depends on the type of error we are handling. Our team have experiences handling error associated to salesforce integration.

To resolve a custom code error, we drill down to understand the error after the identification, debug the code to pinpoint the issue, correct the error in the code, thoroughly test it, document changes, and, if necessary, follow proper deployment procedures, while continually monitoring and learning from the experience.
